Our family recipe comes from the Val D'Or area in Quebec. We make ours with a delicious blend of beef and pork cooked in our house-made tourtiere seasoning. The 6" pie is hearty, when divided in 1/2 will feed 2. The 9" pie can feed 4-6. Don't forget to look at our Tourtiere Hand Pies found in the Bake Shop.

Note: This product is cold packed with heating instructions.

Stores in the fridge for 3-5 days or the freezer for up to 3 months.

Preheat the oven to 350F, bake in oven-safe container for approximately 20-25 minutes or from frozen 40-50 minutes, until you've reached your desire eating temperature. Store any leftovers in the fridge.
